Pride Tennis Tournament
Celebrate Pride Month at Tennis in Merton!
Join Tennis in Merton for a special tennis tournament to celebrate diversity, inclusivity, and the vibrant spirit of the LGBTQ+ community. Come and showcase your skills on the court in the most colourful outfit. The Pride Month tournament is open to all skill levels, whether you're a seasoned player or new to the game.
What to expect at the Pride Month Tennis Tournament
Inclusive Participation: Tennis in Merton welcomes individuals of all sexual orientations, gender identities, and backgrounds. This tournament is designed to create a safe and accepting space for everyone to enjoy the sport they love.

Notts LGBT Tennis Social
Join Notts LGBT+ Network this pride month, as they celebrate with their first ever LGBT+ Tennis Social 🏳️🌈
They are hosting an open tennis social on Saturday 14th June, from 17:00-21:00! at The Park Tennis Club. NG7 1BX.
This event is open to members and non members, encouraging the LGBT+ community to join in! Allies are also very welcome.
Weegie Whackers Pride Tennis Extravaganza
Join us for the second edition of the Weegie Whackers Pride Tennis Extravaganza – celebrating Pride Month and our 2nd birthday in true Whackers style!
Whether you’re a total newbie or a seasoned pro, this fun, welcoming afternoon is open to all LGBTIQ+ adults. From 1–3pm, enjoy a relaxed open tennis session with drills, games, and optional social doubles play, led by our fab volunteers. Then, from 3–5pm, wind down with a picnic in the park – complete with snacks, refreshments, and great chat.
Tennis session spots are limited to 12, so don’t miss out – sign up early! You will be joined by some of our current members so you can get a sense of what we’re all about :) The picnic is open to all (no number restrictions), so anyone else is welcome to join!
Come serve some joy, smash stereotypes, and celebrate Pride the Whackers way!
Dundee Deuces Pride Tennis Open Day
Dundee Deuces will host a Pride Celebration Tennis Open Day. Our excellent coaches, Coach Anton and Coach Lucas, will be on hand to support you in joining in and learning to play tennis.
We will provide racquets and balls for the session. You just need to show up in comfortable clothing for exercise and trainers.

Edinburgh Curveballs Pride in Tennis
We are hosting a Pride tennis event. This will be open to any and all LGBTQ+ people of all skill levels and abilities and will provide a chance for old players and new to have a game, get some coaching and have a chance to meet LGBTQ+ players from the local community.

Serve It Summer Cup
This is a team / interclub competition for LGBTQIA+ people and their allies, with representation from the Dundee Deuces, the Edinburgh Curveballs, the Geordie Grandslammers and the Weegie Whackers. If you are a member of these clubs, please contact your committee to find out more.
If you are not part of one of these clubs and would like to take part, you can submit an entry here and we will do our best to accommodate.
Please note that this competition is for players over 16 with some experience of tennis, rather than for people new to tennis. If you are new to tennis, please try the Dundee Deuces Open Day on 21 June.
LGBTQ+ Out for Sports Festival
The LGBTQ+ Out for Sport Festival is the UK’s largest event of its kind. The Festival is organised by Out for Sport - a volunteer-run charity representing London’s LGBTQ+ sports clubs and teams in a shared mission to increase LGBTQ+ participation in sport. South London Smashers and North London Lob-sters will be in attendance.

Kent Pride Celebration of Tennis
Kent Tennis invites all LGBTQ+ players and allies to join us for some friendly doubles tennis to celebrate Pride Month.

Barclays Local Tennis LGBTQ+ Leagues (various locations)
Barclays Local Tennis Leagues are celebrating Pride Month by running five LGBTQ+ friendly mixed singles box leagues from 3 July to 27 August.
Locations are: SW London, Eastbourne, Birmingham, Nottingham and Brighton.
Whatever your level – beginner or advanced – meet new people, power up your game and compete at a park court near you with Barclays Local Tennis Leagues.
Never competed before? No problem – we'll help you find a tennis opponent using your ITF World Tennis Number, so you play opponents at the right standard for you.
Head to the App Store or Google Play Store to download the app and search for the keyword “LGBTQ”.

Grafton Pride Social
Come down to Grafton Tennis Club on 12th July and have a friendly game of tennis.
